Brain Slattery have always very helpful, quick in response when i have had urgent issues to deal with regarding plumbing etc. I am a landlord and a manager of properties to which I need reliable and experienced contractors, Brian Slattery's is one of these. The girls on reception are very helpful at all times and quickly deal with my concerns. Thanks to all.
Great company. Dealing with the office was easy and pleasant over the phone. Got me a quote for boiler parts and fitting in a matter of minutes. On the day of fitting, Craig let me know when he'd arrive which was helpful. He changed two parts on my boiler and fit me a new kitchen tap, all done in under an hour with no mess left. Will definitely use them again!
Update - since leaving my review Brian Slattery Plumbers have contacted me by letter & have waived all charges for labour & materials. This does reassure me that they take customer concerns seriously, & are at pains to effect a satisfactory outcome. Thank you. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I was disappointed with the quality of the service I received. A plumber attended this week for a number of small jobs, one of which was to disconnect a dishwasher. This morning I used my washing machine, which then emptied in its entirety into my under-sink cupboard, flooding my kitchen & also affecting the property directly below me. It transpired that both the dishwasher & washing machine were connected to a shared waste pipe. I have to give full marks to Slatterys for their speedy response in sending out an emergency plumber to rectify this. However, the problem could have been avoided by checking the work more thoroughly in the first instance. I am disabled & physically incapable of dealing with the clear up, so my carer today had to spend over half of her allocated time to mopping up water. So overall this has not been a good experience.
Amazing service fitted me in Last minute after I had been left down by a previous plumber. Friendly and efficient.
