I live opposite a building that Jaysam refurbished in Clerkenwell. The finished showroom is very beautiful, but came at the expense of all who live nearby. Islington Council publishes hours that building sites can operate - these people simply ignored them and worked all day everyday. The noise was relentless, including all day Sunday when no work is permitted. These hours are set by the Control of Pollution Act 1974 - anyone else who suffer from Jaysam's lawlessness should go to the magistrates courts for an order stopping them.
