Excellent as ever. Largely a routine boiler service but Anthony gave very helpful explanations of few basic heating maintenance tips as well as very thorough safety checks. Also solved a dripping water pipe joint very quickly. Always impressed by how easy this company is to deal with and seem reliable after several appointments with them.

Friendly booking service, and were helpful to inform me about timings and delays etc. David was the technician who came to inspect my ASHP. He was friendly and polite, and came in and quickly got to it. He told me what he thought was wrong (some settings), and that he cleaned out the filter on the Heat Pump. He then took the time to explain what changes he made, why he made them and just gave a general explanation on how the system works. Being new to ASHP I had a lot of question that he patiently answered. David was very knowledgeable and was even kind enough (as I had some time left for the pre booked hour) to help me with adjusting the valve on my showers to allow more hot water! Highly recommend, and will be using their services for any other problems, as well as servicing my ASHP
