It can be really hard to find people who understand how an ASHP system should work. I have found Heat Pump Installers really helpful and prompt in their support and advice. They even called me back the day after I was experiencing issues to check everything was working. Great service.
There was a minor fault with our heat pump. The tram responded rapidly and at no charge as it is under warranty.
Hi we have just had fitted a air source heat pump fitted by heat pump installers at Huddersfield, we needed a new boiler so after alittle research we decided we would go for a ideal heat pump , Andy came spent a good couple of hour going through everything with us ,we also had a further two company come and although heat pump installers were the dearest I don't have any regrets going with them , Andy had invited us to their company at Huddersfield and showed us round it was most helpful as we didn't no anything about having a heat pump , on the day of installation all the lads came with Darren, I after say they were all professional and friendly they tidied up every evening before leaving, and my dog loved them , I have no hesitation in recommending heat pump installers. You wouldn't be disappointed.
I needed the assistance of HPI UK to get my expired Homely v1 node and control system hardware updated. The installation team arrived as arranged and in short order I was "cooking on ASHP"!
The Installation went really well and was completed on time. It was very good to see the younger members of the team having good skills and engaging in a really useful trade.
