Shocking company. Nice lads and all that but honestly the most unreliable company I've ever dealt with. I was let down 7-8 times: promise after promise, excuse after excuse and in the end left with a half done job. It's a shame as they seem to have a good set up but it's run like the corner shop. Good luck to them and their customers.
The Young group recently replaced our old boiler and related controls and pipework. They then stripped out our separate toilet and bathroom and totally renewed them including floor and ceilings. Their commitment to the work and the quality produced was excellent. They consulted on our choice of materials and fittings and advised and help us make decisions during the project. There were occasions when other work elsewhere resulted in slight delays as completion approached...despite this, we have no hesitation in recommending The Young Group.
Called out for a boiler issue and they were here within a couple hours. Andy had it sorted in no time and was incredibly helpful and great bloke👍🏻 Would recommend to anyone
Brilliant plumbers, always sort me out super fast, super reliable 👌
Youngs have recently fitted a new radiator at my house. Richard, the engineer, was quick, efficient and gave me some helpful advice. Kerry in the office was polite and helpful. I highly recommend Youngs to anyone thinking of using them.
