I purposely delayed this review so that I could do a review not just of the initial service but of the performance of the system also. So from the top, initially I was visited by a sales rep, Dave, nice guy, very knowledgeable and was keen to talk me through the options that were on offer. My setup was less than optimal but none the less a setup was agreed that should meet our needs. We knew because of the less than optimal layout of our roof space we were going to need to oversize our system to get out of it what we needed and boy was that a good decision! If you want my opinion go as big as you can afford and definitely don't skimp on the battery. We went with a Sigenergy SigenStor battery totalling 18kWh and found this to meet our needs, with the system being installed in mid April 2026 and grid energy not being drawn until the last few days of August thanks in part to a few dull days in a row. The installation team were a lovely bunch of lads who were polite and well mannered and worked with me on installing the system in the manner I had preferred. As I have not had any issues with my system (a good thing obviously) it is hard to say what the after sales care is like but the office were quick to process my paperwork and handover documents. Overall I felt that they offered good value for money for the type of system I had installed (23 x 475w panels, an 8kw invert and 18kw of battery storage) and the entire installation was done in one day which was impressive given it was across two separate roof spaces. If I was to expand my system in the future I don't think I would hesitate in using them again.

We have just had a heat pump fitted by this company. They have been amazing working through the worst heatwave without problems. They have been respectful, courteous and helpful throughout and the lads were a joy to have in our home. Many thanks to Steve, Alex and Prasant, pleasure to meet you.

What an excellent service! Communication from start to finish was superb. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the installation was completed. The two installers were both professional and extremely knowledgeable. We like to ask lots of questions, and they were happy to answer every one, offering great advice throughout. The installation was incredibly neat and tidy, and within just a few hours we could already see the benefits. A huge thank you to the whole team – we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them.

After obtaining several quotes, I chose Renergy Solutions for our solar installation, and I'm delighted that I did. Our installation was a substantial project, including 26 solar panels, a Sigenergy battery storage system with over 27kWh of storage, Gateway backup and the DNO application. From the initial survey through to commissioning, the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. Jake was knowledgeable, approachable and always happy to answer questions without any sales pressure. He took the time to explain the options, discuss future-proofing and ensure we ended up with the right system for our home rather than simply the most expensive one. When the originally specified equipment became unavailable, he quickly recommended an alternative with comparable or improved specifications, updated all the paperwork promptly and kept the project moving without delay. John and the installation team were excellent. They arrived on time, discussed the final positioning of the panels and equipment before starting, and carried out a very neat, high-quality installation. They clearly take pride in their work, paid attention to the finer details and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. Communication throughout the project was first class. Every question was answered quickly, and I always felt I was receiving honest advice rather than being sold unnecessary extras. The Sigenergy system was fully commissioned, the app configured and everything explained clearly before the team left. Overall, the quality of the workmanship, attention to detail and customer service have been outstanding. It's rare to find a company where the sales process, installation team and aftercare all meet such a high standard. Many thanks to Jake, John and the whole Renergy Solutions team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a solar and battery installation.

We had a shortlist of 5 or 6 reputable solar energy companies and received quotes from all of them. Renergy's was very competitive, they listened to what we wanted, changing some aspects as we went along - a very collaborative approach. The crew that fitted the panels (in 33 degree heat!), battery and EV charger were hardworking, cheerful and tidy, and explained everything when the install was complete. We're really happy with the outcome, and wish we'd done it years ago. They'll be fitting a heat pump for us after we've had some work done to the house next year.
