Brilliant job completed by Lloyd. He was very professional and polite. He didn’t want to break my new panelling so found a way of making it all look neat and tidy. He also had a risky job of drilling into my floor tiling without breaking the tiles. He did a cracking job. The girls at the office are also always pleasant to speak to and go out of their way to help. Would definitely recommend.

The Ivor Cook team installed our new air source heat pump, radiators, hot water tank and solar panels and we were very impressed with the proficient installation and the excellent quality of the workmanship. Jason the surveyor was really great and was on hand during the weeks installation to ensure that the installation went to plan and that we were happy with everything. Anthony and Jay, our plumbers, were with us for most of the week and did a really excellent job. They were punctual, polite, tenacious, and treated us and our property with respect. James, Ben and Craig, our electricians, were skilled, friendly and organised and had the complex electrical elements completed in a day. Ryan, our solar panel installer was extremely efficient, hardworking and experienced and neatly completed the install of 8 solar roof panels in an afternoon. The installation was absolutely text-book, from start to finish! Even the scaffolding and rubbish was removed by the end of the week which was great organisation! We would like to extend our Thanks and gratitude to the whole team who made this happen as we are extremely happy with the installation and would highly recommend Ivor Cook!

I recently had the pleasure of having Keaton, Connor, and McKenzie for the installation of a new boiler, underfloor piping, and radiators in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill. The installation was carried out with precision and attention to detail. Everything was done to a high standard, and it’s clear that they take pride in their work. They maintained a clean work environment throughout the entire process. I appreciated how they took the time to clean up after themselves each day, leaving my home neat and tidy. Keaton, Connor, and McKenzie kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what they were doing and any necessary updates. Their transparency made the process much smoother and less stressful. It’s evident that they work well together, creating a positive atmosphere. Their professionalism reflect well on Ivor Cook and the company as a whole. Big credit to Ivor Cook having these lads work for you. I wholeheartedly recommend Keaton, Connor, and McKenzie for any heating installation needs—1000%! They deserve all five stars for their outstanding service. Thank you, guys, for a job well done! Very much appreciated!
