Contacted J&J Crump yesterday regarding an issue with my central heating system 3 way valve. Spoke to Dave (Heating Manager) and at 9am this morning heating engineers attended my property and completed the necessary repairs. The engineers were polite & friendly and a credit to this excellent business. It’s a pleasure to deal with such a professional company - thank you J&J Crump!
Booked a free cavity wall consultation which was easy and smooth. Adam drove all the way from Sheffield to Solihull only to discover that unknown to myself, insulation had been fitted by the previous owners. Whilst he was present, Adam provided me with general advice on further insulation and heating options that have helped shape my next steps. Adam’s attitude and professionalism was top class and I can’t thank him enough for his help and guidance. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Adam in the future and I’m grateful for his help. He is a huge credit to the company. Thank you.
We recently had JJ Crump to insulate our loft at our new home. From the advisor Adam who came to assess what we needed doing, to the insulation team, it only took four weeks. They did a very clean and professional job and our home is a now much warmer. We would highly recommend them.
I sure this is the company our coucil higher due to my property failed insulation test, they came and removed , said they be call for the walls to be insulated in 2 weeks..But not heard anything , was distressing no cover was laid in my hallway or my vent taped in cuboard were boiler is, so need up chocking, and workman forgot to xheck like he said, pretended he did, but I was sitting watching he never checked ..
Stupid and small-minded performance by the driver of the J J Crump van (xxxx RKO) near Leek today. You can get an idea how people treat others by the way they act. I wouldn't be hiring these guys if that's how they treat people.
