I contacted James for a quote to install a dishwasher, and from the very beginning he was incredibly professional and helpful. Instead of giving a rough estimate over the phone/email he kindly offered to visit in person to provide an accurate quote, which I really appreciated. While he was there, I mentioned an ongoing issue I’d been experiencing with my washing machine for years a persistent sewage smell that had also been affecting my kitchen sink. Despite multiple visits from the council over the years, no one had been able to identify or resolve the problem. Within moments of inspecting it, James immediately recognised the issue and clearly explained what was causing it. I was honestly amazed. What meant even more to me was that he very kindly offered to fix the problem, completely free of charge, and absolutely refused to accept any payment. James is one of the kindest, most genuine, and down to earth professionals I have ever met. It’s rare to find someone so honest and caring, who genuinely wants to help rather than simply make money. His integrity and generosity truly stood out. I am incredibly grateful for his help and would recommend him 100% to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. A fantastic service and very convenient if you are located in South West London! James was able to diagnose a tap fault through a phone call and a few quick WhatsApp videos that resulted in a part replacement as opposed to a whole new tap. Saved us money and he even sourced the part for us before installing it. All very quick, extremely happy with the service.

James is genuinely the best thing since sliced bread. I called him after my boiler broke in January (which had been ‘fixed’ twice by Pimlico Plumbers). He fixed it properly for a third of what they charged me. Due to his careful, diligent work, I contracted him to refit my bathroom. He and his team were competent, on time and reliable. I LOVE my new bathroom, it’s completely changed the flat. I then contracted him to move my boiler to another room in the house. He predicted it would take 2.5 days, and stuck to the timetable. This has NEVER happened to me with other contractors. It’s rare to find people who you can trust with your home. He and his team are friendly, respectful and a pleasure to work with. James has worked for us very successfully on three occasions, always emergencies, working in the evening after his daily job. He has fixed leaks and fitted a particularly difficult toilet. I tried to get Pimlico Plumbers to help and they were trying to charge us a fortune, then I was put in contact with James and he immediately responded and came to help us promptly after calling.
