This is the second time we’ve used them. The first to replace a toilet and small sink, this time the whole en-suite. Once again they’ve done a fab job. Very professional, easy to communicate with and the lads who did the work were friendly, gave advice when needed a pleasure to have working at the house. I will definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to others looking for a reliable service.

I wish I'd read a review like this before booking them. We were charged for a full hour despite the engineer being at our property for less than 30 minutes, and the problem we called them out for was still there afterwards. Several underfloor-heating zones were cold. The engineer said he had freed a seized pump and left us with the understanding that the immediate issue had been dealt with. We were told to leave the system running for 4-5 hours and the zones should then heat up. We waited as instructed. The same pipes were still cold to touch. Exactly the same problem. The engineer did NOT tell us that the pump definitely needed replacing. He offered to quote for a new one. I therefore emailed the company with my concerns before spending more money. Annette called me back and firmly told me, “you need a new pump”. When I questioned how she could be certain when the original problem remained unresolved, she eventually said she wasn't sure and that I should speak to the engineer. We weren't trying to avoid paying for a new pump. We would happily have paid if it was established that this would resolve the fault. We simply wanted a reasonable explanation before spending more money. It had already taken around a month to get the appointment, including a rearrangement. My experience: charged for an hour, less than 30 minutes at the property, followed their instructions, original fault still there, then told we needed a new pump by someone who ultimately acknowledged she wasn't sure. For me, that's enough reason not to return. We've gone elsewhere.
