There were issues with our air source heat pump installation as our house is old and quirky ( only reason we didn’t give them 5 stars) , but the team at Marshalls dealt with them professionally, and were a pleasure to deal with.
Excellent service. Pleasant engineers, came when they said they would. Tidied up after themselves. Got the job done quickly and efficiently
The Marshall’s team is fantastic and they have been a pleasure to see on site. Whilst we know so little about all the technical stuff they know everything and have patiently explained what they are doing and what’s involved when we’ve needed to make decisions. Most importantly, it’s been clear that they really care about the final working solution and have envisaged living in the property when deciding about how best to do things. Consequently, everything is in the right place and works well in practice.
Engineer excellent at his job and can answer any questions you may have. Leaves the heat pump immaculately clean after maintenance.
Good quick service fitting a new radiator. Very personable. Customer service always great.
