Easy to deal with firm. Fantastic and responsive company from start to finish. From first step of contacting Darren for a site visit & quotation to commissioning the whole project it was very professionally managed. Great lads who were highly knowledgeable, clean and a pleasure to have on site. The quality of work is really impressive. We will definitely recommend the firm for underfloor heating and heat pump jobs.

The company did a great job however the biggest setback was that they decided to write (some numbers) on our wallpaper and also a few places round the house. We did not plan to repaint or re wallpaper the rooms so im not sure why this was done. It is in thick black marker and so has left us in a position to now fork out extra money to possibly re decorate the entire room as the marker is on wallpaper. When mentioned to the company there was no empathy.

Fabulous installation from a fabulous company. Niche supplied a full system for our new house including an air-source heat pump, together with all associated cabling, under-floor heating, individual thermostats etc, and a very high-tec looking “brain”, controlling the whole system. They worked very tidily, and efficiently, as commented independently back to us by the other on-site trades working alongside them. Throughout the whole project, all who we dealt with, from every area of the company, appeared to take immense pride in providing us with an efficient system, tailored to our needs. The “accounting” side of it all was handled swiftly, and we were led along through each process with patience, and the benefit of their experience. This is clearly a company working at the fore-front of technology and systems, who take “customer experience and satisfaction” very seriously, hence they are, rightly, successful. Thanks to all involved, and we have no hesitation in recommending this company, and their team to anyone.
