Chris and Tom fitted my boiler , they were lovely lads did a first class job , made.me feel comfortable, cleaned up at end , well done . LYNN
Just had wall lag out to install two fans 1 upstairs 1 downstairs while here 1 of the chaps put his tool box up against our washer to stand on put his weight up against the washer and popped the bottom part of washer inwards on top of that at the same time the chap clearing tools from upstairs left the Stairgate open and the front door our 3 year old none verbal autistic daughter escaped running down main rd fuming is an understatement I called and asked for complaints procedure and was refused. Not very professional.
Excellent, prompt and attentive service. All queries answered fully and well explained. Would certainly recommend to others.
Avoid this company at all costs. We spent around £30,000 with Wall Lag and were left with faulty equipment that they refuse to put right. They do not honour their warranties, they install equipment that is unsuitable for the property (a fact that has since been verified by the ombudsman), and they repeatedly try to demand additional money to fix their own mistakes. This is not just poor service – it’s deeply dishonest. When you pay this kind of money, you expect quality, accountability, and professionalism. Instead, you get cowboys who leave you worse off than when you started. I cannot stress this enough: do not trust Wall Lag. Do whatever you can to avoid them.
