Made inquiry for borehole in July. Told machine would not be able to get to the back garden and they were too busy to quote for more a month anyway. I felt that I was treated as a time waster and given the brush off. We already have a shallow borehole in the front garden that has run dry and we wanted a deep one on the front drive. Contacted a different company and we had a new 245 metre borehole completed within 2 weeks going through 135 metres of clay and 110 metres of chalk.
AVOID. Never bother getting back to you. Terrible first impression and an immediate red flag.
Reached out for support on an issue with a bore hole. Terrible service. Said they would help. Left several messages and they never got back to me.
Professional and friendly service . From ground source heat pumps to soakaways and Waterwells. Check out the website for more Info.
Was impressed by the people to start with but then commenced work on a project to be told by them they wouldn't take on the rest of the project which was highly inconvenient. For this reason, would not recommend.
