I’ve dealt with Marcus several times now, and every single time he comes in, he makes a point of checking that I’m okay. He’s always so kind, patient and understanding, and I genuinely feel heard whenever I speak to him. He has such a lovely, beautiful energy about him. You can tell that he genuinely wants to help, and it never feels forced or like he’s just doing his job. His kindness and compassion feel completely genuine, which honestly feels quite rare these days. He’s always gone out of his way to help and has made what could have been a really stressful situation feel so much easier. He’s an absolute credit to Oakray, and I really hope they know how lucky they are to have someone like him on their team.
One star is way too much for this company! Avoid
As the hundreds of other reviews make clear, this company is an absolute disgrace. They turned up without any notice, started work, and cut our power for over six hours. The contractors were rude and dismissive, and customer service was completely useless since they couldn’t even identify which team was responsible for the job.
