Outstanding installation of air conditioning in our home last week by Dean and Toby from Durham Air Conditioning Ltd. The job took 4 days overall despite the inclement weather conditions and honestly was the most neat, tidy and clean job from start to finish. The Toshiba units look great in our rooms and the outside work and trunking is very tidy. On the final day the electricians were also spot on putting the cable through the loft to the outside wall so as not to have cable running round the outside of the house. We are delighted with the whole job which was done very professionally and to a high quality standard. All waste and rubbish removed. Well worth the cost and a great investment in terms of future quality of life in ever changing climatic conditions. Thank you to all at Durham Air Con.

I run a play cafe and had trouble with heating for over a year. i had used other companies to help fix the problem but with no results. i spoke to Stuart who was very helpful and tried to help me out over the phone, he needed to send someone out to have a look at the problem. a couple of hours later a lovely member of his staff came along and he sorted the problem out within half a hour, to say i was happy is a understatement, i cant thank the team enough absolutely amazing service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

What an absolute joke. One of the drivers today, was so horrifically tailgating me I had to take an exit because I was so outrageously intimidated by their driving. Wish I could say the full licence plate, but as they were so close the best I glimpsed was SY22. I understand work demands, but jeez. What a jerk.

The team helped us during our renovation of our new business unit. Complete flexibility coming out after hours, early mornings, weekends and at short notice...using them for our annual service. Friendly, knowledgeable, Responsive.
