Great service when installing extra solar panels kept us informed of what was happening and how the extra panels were being tied into our existing panels . The price for installing the panels was way cheaper than some of the crazy prices quoted by other companies from out the Caithness area . Tidy works site when work was ongoing , the guys installing were polite and easy to get along with .
RDI supplied and installed a Tesla solar system. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Everything was top quality: advice, communications, surveys, equipment, installation and a working system. The installation team even finished early. A real professional outfit.
RDI have serviced my oil heating boiler since I bought the house. They arrive on time do a thorough job, tell me of any advisories (just like a car) and go - no mess, no worries. During the year if I need them they are out quickly and efficiently to sort the problem.
Had a heat pump system installed a few weeks ago and we are very happy with it. One of the important things to do when installing this is to find a knowledgeable installation company and that’s why we chose RDI. We also got them to install a couple more solar batteries to our solar system and are very happy with them.
