Excellent service from beginning to end. The team at Paterson's were expert and helpful. They did exactly what they said they would do - and completed the work ahead of schedule. I recommend them highly.
Absolutely first class. Visited within 3 hours of my first call. Problem with a ground source heat pump. Assessed problem and arranged a return visit the following day. Following day and they arrived and fixed a tricky issue with some ingenuity and a happy and positive demeanor. Could not have been better. Well done Paterson and his team.
