We’re really pleased with our solar panels and air source heat pump, both of which we’ve had for around 10 months now. The advice and recommendations we received were excellent, and the whole team were knowledgeable, helpful and professional throughout. The system has worked particularly well over the summer, with very little electricity to pay for while also feeding energy back into the grid. We’re really pleased we went ahead and would have no hesitation in recommending the team, you are true experts in your field.
RGV Have just finished our Solar installation in Salisbury. 4Kw system with battery backup. excellent work done by the guys, very prompt with time keeping and tidy as well. Very happy with the price quoted and electricity bills have now halved in cost even on these dull winter days. Recommended installer
RGV have routinely serviced our boiler for over twenty years. Recently, we had a 'double problem' with a leaking hot water cylinder and an unrelated central heating failure. RGV were VERY quick off the mark and Garry skilfully installed a new cylinder within a day or two. Similarly, Martin arrived to troubleshoot the central heating. He rapidly investigated thermostats, servo valves and the circulating pump before focusing on the Honeywell control panel. He advised me that this was the most likely culprit. I followed him through this elimination process and learnt quite a lot about the system. I was able fit the replacement panel myself and breathed a sigh of relief when the heating fired up again! Summarising, I cannot speak highly enough of the RGV engineers. Garry's plumbing was really top notch. Both he and Martin were extremely helpful and a pleasure to have around. My thanks again to all at RGV.
Just had our air source heating system serviced by Jordan at RGV. As always punctual and friendly, ensuring that we understood how the system is working. Very knowledgeable explaining how to get the best performance from the system. Been using RGV for 11 years and we continue to highly recommend them. A very satisfied customer.
