After having problems with our superser heater we took it along to SGS who gave it a full service and overhall. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I am very happy with the service I received which, I thought, was reasonably priced.
We found the service and installation of the solar panels to be very good, we had a few hiccups due to our house being so old, solutions were found and `we are very happy with the work undertaken. Two options were used on a flat roof and the inline system. All the workmen who were involved in the job were very friendly, helpful and professional.
Emailed and got an immediate response, Ben came out within a couple of days and said he would quote by the end of the day, 2 weeks later and two emails to chase for the quote, 1 reply to say they would pass the message on and still waiting, for my experience I wouldn’t recommend SGS.. ☹️
Excellent service. Arrived as agreed and installed my ceiling fan in 20 mins. V friendly and helpful. Left the premises v clean and tidy. Couldn't be better.
