We would not use anyone else but SAF Plumbing & Heating Ltd for our annual boiler service. Steven is very thorough & knowledgeable. He has also sorted out several other problems we have had, including an underfloor heating problem which was incorrectly installed by another company. We would not hesitate in recommending him highly.
Used SAF for full heating system change plus heat pump install and really glad we did. Great interaction all the way from design to post-care. Cara in the office was super helpful. Steve and Alex are really professional and friendly - plus great expertise and a phenomenal work rate! They were able to cope with some tricky install bits, but also adapt to our wishes and timings. Finished product installed exactly to quote, great workmanship and looks fab. Highly recommend.
Excellent service as ever, boiler serviced with minimum fuss with advice on what actions we need to take for the next one. Steve always has the time for advice and comment, thx
Old boiler died, in freezing cold weather. Steve visited swiftly for a site survey. New boiler fitted shortly afterwards. Steve & Alex were excellent, very professional & knowledgeable. We were impressed by their clear explanations and attention to detail. Very punctual, efficient and hard working. Safe pair of hands! Thank You
