Unfortunately I did not get the name of the guy who came to do our sevice on our air pump but he was brillant !! We are in a new build and who ever installed the air pump had put the filter in the wrong way round !!.Lucky for us we had a guy to service it and the boiler gizmo who really knows his stuff and he anwered our question in a way that we could fully understand. Brilliant service.

Service of our Daikin ASHP was performed by a friendly and informative engineer who made sure we fully understood the settings and working of our heating and hot water system. It was annoying that Daikin had cancelled 4 previous appointments, but not the fault of our engineer, hence the 5 star review. If reviewing the Daikin/Robert Heath organisation it would have been only 1 due to hopeless customer service.
