I’m extremely happy with the service from Air Source Company. Our boiler broke down starting of winter season and we urgently needed heating and hot water. Kyle came for a same-day inspection, listened carefully to all our requirements, and arranged a heat loss survey for the next day. We received the results within two days. Although a gas boiler could have been installed quickly, Kyle was able to organize his team to complete our ASHP installation in almost the same time frame—from survey to commissioning—without compromising on quality of work. During installation, Brian’s expertise really stood out—he handled the work professionally, commissioned the system efficiently, and patiently clarified all my doubts. They installed a Vaillant Arotherm Plus heat pump and Vaillant Unistor hot water cylinder exactly as we wanted. Even though it’s a premium product, they offered a very competitive price. What impressed me most is that they took our future plans into consideration, including underfloor heating and house renovation, and designed the system accordingly and also want to proceed in future for my UFH installation. After a long and thorough search we used this company because firstly, the top quality products they use, secondly, the warranty and after care service they provide and finally the price. Kyle Jordan, the sales director, made the initial visit and assured us they could provide and install the ASHP system to adequately suit our property and needs. We have a barn conversion with high vaulted ceilings with underfloor heating which was on lpg gas. A date was agreed for the install. The plumbers came and it took 3 days to install. Its a work of art what they did. Everything neat and tidy and they left it spotless. Next the electrician came. Again, a fantastic job. All the trades people that came were brilliant, friendly, respectful of our property and first class at their trades. They even left phone numbers if we had any questions or concerns. We had a problem with one of our rooms not heating up. Even though it had nothing to do with the installation, but with the original install of the underfloor pipework, Kyle tried to find a solution. A Vaillant engineer came out and said it was one of the best installs he'd seen. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish it has been so professional and helpful. Combine that with a great price you couldn't ask for more.

Absolutely brilliant experience with the team at Airsource company!
