Michael goes above and beyond, especially when elderly customers need heating or plumbing problems solving. I like that he explains what the problem is, says how to resolve it and gets on with the job, finishing sometimes out of standard hours but always putting his customers first. We’ve had a new boiler fitted, all electrics and gas works for a new kitchen and Michael can even fit solar and air conditioning. Totally recommended.
