I had a great experience of Colm O'Hare and his team both in terms of last weeks gas conversion and radiator installation and my initial call out a couple of months back to have my old boiler serviced and heating problems fixed. I got great advice, they did a good job and were quick and efficient with a substantial amount of work. I would definitely use them again.

I needed to have a gas boiler serviced and the company that I used previously were hard to get hold of and didn't return my calls. I didn't know anyone to recommend a different company, so I went by positive online reviews and picked Solv - backed up by helpful videos they had posted on YouTube. They were so easy to communicate with, arranged an appointment on my first call with them and then kept me informed on the day of when the engineer would arrive. He was very pleasant, professional and efficient. Solv will definitely be my first call for future routine maintenance or any repairs that might be needed.

Been a customer since 2019. Have bought a new gas boiler from Solv, who installed it alongside all heaters in one go. Have been coming back every year for the service and it's always easy to book. They sent a reminder a month before the visit is due to allow time to book a suitable date/time. The technicians are always nice and answer any questions/give feedback. Its price might be slightly above market average but you're paying for accountability and quality of service as every intervention step is detailed and records are kept neatly so if you ever need a manufacturer warranty claim, you'll very easily find everything you need in one place. Would continue to recommend Solv.

Booked for a boiler service after SSE stopped offering them. The appointment was easy to book and pay for, and the pricing seemed quite reasonable as well. The friendly engineer arrived during the booked slot, and was able to carry out the service with minimal disruption while I worked from home. Happy to recommend.

Easy online booking with a wide calendar of availability. Transparent pricing structures, so no nasty surprises. Great communications from the engineer pre-arrival and during the service. He arrived on time, was polite and helpful. Very pleased indeed.
