Far from great. You are having a laugh. Diabolical I would say. Solar guy Rick came out in July saying a quote in next week. We said we were away and then he said he was going on holiday which was fine for us. Then we didn’t hear a word. I called office in early September and were told he wasn’t in the office until the following day when he would contact my wife. Nothing. It is now 10th October. When you read all the reviews and see it has won awards this year I am gobsmackef
The Edinburgh Boiler Company recently installed solar panels and battery to my property They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with professional friendly informative Colin, who did the survey explain to whole process very friendly and professional Kaitlin and Abby who were dealt with over the phone were friendly and very helpful Robert Jay Kieran and Sam did the install they were punctual, friendly professional, and left a clean and tidy job and explained the system to me All the people I have dealt with in this company are a credit to their trades
I had a new gas boiler installed by the Edinburgh boiler company. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard and there was absolutely no mess left afterwards. I was given a very thorough explanation of how the controls work and the engineer set a program for me. My house is beautifully warm now and I certainly notice the difference.
Can't fault the process, package, and installation. Everything done on time, treated property with respect and no nasty surprises. Happy to recommend.
