Seth helped us through the process of changing from a gas boiler to a heat pump, adding underfloor heating to our new extension and replacing our hot water tank. His knowledge was invaluable and his enthusiasm showed through. We particularly appreciated that Seth was keen to take on apprentices, passing on his knowledge and building his team. We have used Seth a few times now. He fitted a new boiler system, new toilets and now fixed a leak under the sink. We wouldn’t trust anyone else for our plumbing and heating. He is reliable unlike other plumber we have spoken to previously. He turns up on time as agreed and answers calls and messages in between. He is trust worthy! We had a leak in copper piping buried deep in the floor. Seth came out very quickly to partially drain the system and apply inhibitor and leak sealant as a potentially less destructive solution than taking up floors. Seth is always very helpful and happy to explain what he is doing. A clean, tidy and professional contractor who turns up on time and communicates quickly with a quote and invoicing. We are not sure yet whether the sealant fluid has fully solved the leak, only time will tell. Happy to recommend.
