We have had a occasional thunder type noise coming from our Ideal H15 Central heating boiler, which has been tricky to establish the cause. When one of S O'Brien engineers unfortunately didn't find the cause a second engineer was sent free of charge to further investigate, & a ignition module was fitted. The second engineer (Jack) came across as very knowledgeable & explained to me what checks he was completing. This company is the only one I've found that flushes the heat exchanger as part of the annual service, which is important for the Ideal H15 boiler. I intend to use this company for our annual services & any other repair work in the future.

Great service all round, from the initial phone call to the office, to the engineer who visited. Adam was great, clearly explained what the issue was and what he would do to fix it! All got sorted in under an hour! Would high job recommend them if you have any issues with your boiler!
