Just had air con fitted in my bedroom, excellent job from ordering to fitting. Guys were professional, worked to a high standard, clean no mess left behind, polite and friendly. So pleased with the job. They also serviced my gas boiler a few weeks ago too. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use in the future
I had my boiler and hot water cylinder serviced by S O'Brien Heating Solutions, and I honestly couldn't have been happier with the experience. Josh was absolutely brilliant. He was such a gentle, polite and knowledgeable person, and you could tell he really knew what he was doing. He carried out everything professionally, but what really stood out to me was how quickly and efficiently he worked. He was like a whirlwind! I have had services done previously (by someone else) where something has always seemed to go wrong or needed further attention, but this time everything was done properly and without any fuss. Josh also installed a magnetic filter for me to help catch the sludge and debris from the heating system, and he took the time to explain things along the way. Really pleased with the service and would happily recommend S O'Brien Heating Solutions, and especially Josh. A genuinely lovely guy who clearly takes pride in his work.
I first used this company to do my annual boiler check. They were prompt and efficient. I have since used them to install new radiators, clean an flush all my radiators and recently to install a new unvented water tank. I have found all the staff from office to on site polite, and on site staff will answer any questions I have. I cannot remember all the staff I have dealt with but Jack, Zac and Adam were knowledgable. Will not hesitate to use again.
Highly recommended company. Adam was very professional, clean tidy and did an excellent job despite the adverse heat weather conditions. This company and Adam sent over and above in accomodating locating the new boiler in a different location and nothing was too much trouble.
Excellent service. Very professional and friendly. Excellent time keeping and very responsive to communication emails and messages.
