Had a look around and by chance we found WDS to give us a quote on a ASHP, which we then proceeded to go ahead with. They waited patiently for 12 months from deposit to fitting due to issues on the refurb of our old 1920’s bungalow that took longer than initially planned, but once we were ready, they came and fitted the UHF and then came back 3 months later to finish the installation of the heat pump and equipment. We had Adam G do the install over a week and the plant room looked like a work of art with everything fitted and working exactly as it should with clear labels on everything for flows and limits and making it so easy that even I could understand( and that’s saying something😁). If you don’t know anything about heat pump installs and the amount of dodgy firms out there that do a real crap job, just check heat pump groups on Facebook and you will see what I mean, so go for one that will not leave you with exposed pipes externally or spaghetti junction in the plant room. I would leave pictures but there are already enough pictures in other reviews to show the professionalism of this form. Adam G was a top guy and I can see why he is with them!

I have just had an air source heat pump fitted last week. Firstly the company was totally professional and reliable for start to finish. I count be happier a firm that "does what it says on the tin", which is a rare thing. Everything was calculated, laid out and delivered just as said. I also have massive praise for the staff who did the fitting, just very efficient, friendly, tidy, I actually miss them, Andrew Albie Steve, Paul. A long time ago I had a heat pump fitted when they were just coming out and it was a disaster. I wasted a lot of money and was still cold. I was very sceptical about going down the same route again. However, despite it only just being fitted I am confident that this will work, be trouble free and affordable. I say this because a friend also used WDS to fit their system and was very happy, because what they said would happen did in fact happen and that I am seeing the data on the apps live time. Thank you WDS. UPDATE just got through winter, system worked well, house warm and plenty of hot water. Trouble free. Will update on costings after one year and plan to have batteries.
