We had a heat pump installed by WDS in the summer of 2025. We now have a lovely cosy home that doesn't cost the earth to heat. WDS took a significant amount of time to survey our house (early 1900 barn conversion) to perform heat loss and radiator sizing calculations to ensure positive outcomes. Since installed in summer they came back out in the winter to optimise and explain how to run efficiently. They are a very professional and highly skilled firm that I highly recommend.

WDS Green Energy have been a brilliant company to deal with .Geyn their projects manager is a real star.We had an ASHP installed around 15 months ago. The process coordinated by Gwyn went brilliantly, including under floor heating. I had a problem of my own making a little while ago and WDS were still as committed to superb customer service 15 months on , solving rhe problemfor me quicklyand efficiently.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

I would highly recommend WDS Green Energy! I recently had an air source heat pump installed by WDS Green Energy, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first consultation with Jim to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Jim took the time to explain the system in detail, answered all my questions, and tailored the installation to suit my home’s needs. The installation by Dean and Adam was thorough and efficient. All work was completed to a neat and excellent standard - there was a high attention to detail at every level. Lewis, who project managed our install, was always available to answer questions and was accommodating with the timeframe and factors beyond our control, as we were fully renovating. I would absolutely recommend WDS Green Energy to anyone considering a renewable heating system. "I would highly recommend using WDS Green Energy for your project having just used their services for the supply and installation of an air source heat pump to replace our aging gas condensing boiler. From the first telephone enquiry, I found the staff to be polite, professional and patient as I had a lot of questions. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were prepared to address my concerns and listen to my requirements. Their engineers conducted a very comprehensive survey of our property in order to complete the heat loss calculations for every room and the building in general.. Once the survey was completed, I received a detailed quotation itemising the equipment recommended following further discussions around the various options put forward. A date for the installation was agreed and all the components arrived a few days before - all on time The installation was completed over a period of 6 days by two of their staff who once again were very professional and courteous.The quality of their work was outstanding with every component and connecting pipework installed with real precision. I'm very fussy and demand high standards of workmanship, but nothing phased their technicians - their standards were as high as mine! They were also very flexible - for example being asked to relocate a component to make access to the loft hatch easier. A week or so after the installation was completed, WDS sent their commissioning engineer to tweak the final settings to enable the system to work as efficiently as possible in our property. As a result, my wife and I are very happy with how the system is performing.Our home is warm and the system is working efficiently which reflects all the research and groundwork undertaken by WDS prior to the installation. If you want to waste money on a heat pump, use a company or individual who supplies a poorly specified system that's badly installed. On the other hand, if you want to have comfortable heating with plenty of hot water - even when the weather is very cold which costs no more to run than a gas central heating system, consider using WDS Green Energy Ltd. You won't regret your decision if our experience is repeated."

WDS Greenenergy designed, supplied and installed a new GSHP in my property last year. From the outset they have been very professional and efficient. The installation went very smoothly, the commissioning and handover was great, the help to obtain grant funding was useful and the offer to sign up for ongoing maintenance checks and servicing has been an added bonus in terms of "peace of mind".
