Extremely disappointed. I waited for hours during the agreed appointment window and nobody showed up. Completely unreliable service and zero communication.
Had a worker shout me down an call me a lier inside my own property in front of my 8 year old Definitely wouldn't recommend the customer service with this employee and couldn't tell you what there service is like as I had to ask the man to leave before service was carried out due to scaring my 8 year old while shouting
What an excellent service I received from Westward. Not only was the engineer very professional but he was also friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Westward to anyone.
