We work with Wizard Eco as a lead supplier and they're one of the best installers we deal with. Perry Hawkes has been amazing from day one. Responsive, straight talking, and moves fast on every appointment we send over, which honestly isn't as common in this industry as it should be. Hugo has been excellent too. Professional, reliable, and they clearly do right by the client. If you're a business in Wales looking at solar, we'd recommend Wizard Zero without hesitation. 5 stars.
We recently had solar panels, loft insulation, and a heat pump installed by Wizard Eco, and we’re very pleased with the entire experience. From the initial survey through to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Chris L was our main point of contact, and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was always approachable, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to answer any questions or provide support. We especially appreciated how he regularly checked in with us, by phone, WhatsApp, and in person to keep us updated on progress and make sure we were happy with everything. Overall, a very positive experience, and we’re grateful for the care and attention throughout the process.
