John gave an excellent prompt service and advice for a complete new heating system. The work was carried out professionally and with minimum disruption. Thanks also to Andy who works a longside John. Would not hesitate to recommend him.
Topic- Heat pump-. I was recommended to Cruickshank 's plumbing and I can honestly say he is genuine guy.John came and done a survey for the work that I needed done and he was on time, which is a major thing to me. John is highly efficient and I can honestly say that I work in the building industry (Bricklayer) for forty five years. He is one of the best tradesmen I have ever come across. He assessed my work and promptly sent over a quote. To which I agreed, a day or two later a date was agreed for commencement. Unfortunately John couldn't start due to a family issue, but promised me that he would start as soon as he could. (Kept me informed) When John started with Andy to do the work, I was amazed by the quality of his and Andys work. The system he advised me to have is so efficient. So happy with his work. John and his team a heat pump installation for our home. It was fairly complex and big for a residential installation, but John did an excellent job advising us and talking through the design options. Whenever there was an issue he communicated immediately and was quick on the ball to solve it. The install itself looks really neat and tidy and he put thought into making it easy to service and maintain. Would highly recommend!
Originally Cruikshank’s came to service our old Baxi back boiler. John came, did a great job and provided great advice. He later fixed a blockage in our central heating pipework, fixed and upgraded our immersion heater so that it now works on a timer. Very professional, no fuss and very customer focused. Will use his services again.
