Called yesterday to arrange mike to look at nibe air source heating as problem with fans. Mike called and arranged to come out as warning alarm on and freezing outside. Mike went through issue and looking at ordering parts. To get someone with knowledge on airsource heating and no what there supposed to do is a godsend. I will also be getting a service on system and look forward to passing care of my system over to him not worrying about it . Many thanks again jane

Despite having had a trying / busy day, the engineer turned up Monday afternoon to give a service to our Baxi Bermuda boiler - as planned. He was here well in excess of 1 hour but did what we believe was a very thorough and professional job. Very pleased with the whole process. Well done.

How do I know you’re properly qualified and certified to install heat pumps?
We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
Can you tell me if a heat pump is actually suitable for my home?
