I have 8 panels on the front of my roof and 8 panels on the back of the roof so 16 in total and I am very impressed with the installation and professional installation sorry about the scaffolding in the photos
Fantastic service from start to finish. Process has been really quick, so we could benefit sooner. The flexibility on the finance option has ment we could have the system we want without having to compromise due to costs, but the price is very reasonable for the quality of service provided. If you're looking to get solar panels in South Wales I would highly recommend.
I am very happy over how this has proceeded so far. Adam answered my questions very well which gave me confidence when ordering the system. Nicky organised the installation and kept me updated all the way through. It proceeded quite quickly with the installation starting just a couple of days after the scaffolding was erected. The system is now working and we are able to use and store our solar power. We are now awaiting the full handover pack, so that we can apply for a SEG tariff.
Excellent communication from the start. We had intended getting more quotes for our solar panels but we were so impressed with Wasim that we were happy to go with Altum with no other quotes. Communication from the start was excellent. The fitting service led by Danny was timely, smooth and exactly as we had been told. Project management from Nicky was first class throughout the process.
Daniel and the team were professional and carried the installation out to a very high standard, very respectful of my property and needs from start to finish, highly recommend company.
