Tim has been looking after our plumbing needs since he installed a new boiler a few years ago. We had a water leak from our mains water pipe on Wednesday. He responded to our call for help asap and has project managed the installation of new mains water piping as quickly as possible. The work was carried out without too much upheaval and it’s lovely to have running water again! After loss of heating and hot water, we discovered our boiler was slowly leaking. We contacted RONAX Monday evening for help and they were on site by 11:30am the next day as agreed. Tim explained everything about the necessary repair and costs involved. He completed the repair the same day and left everything clean and tidy. Fantastic service from Ronax. Our boiler packed up and we had no heating. Called Ronax and they attended next day, identified the problem, sorced the new part and got us up and running again. Work was all quoted before hand. Engineer was polite and tidy and kept us informed of what he was doing and why. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend to others.

I had a great experience with Ronax. It was easy to contact them on WhatsApp and they responded immediately and sent an engineer out on the same day. I was told by another engineer that I have to replace the boiler, but Tim from Ronax fixed the boiler during his visit.
