Had a problem with our heating, called the office and were told what the call out charge would be. The engineer, Brett, came out within the hour and diagnosed the problem straight away. He had a three way valve on the van and fixed it there and then. Only the head was needed and we were not charged for the rest of the valve that came with it. Exceptionally prompt and clear on their pricing. Highly recommend.
Turned up to quote wasted half an hour of my time and never quoted
Charge what they like .no where on website says there is a set call out fee ,although when challenged they did half it so please be aware
Did amazing job in August this year so thank you definitely recommended
I have used this company twice in the last month. I was well impressed with both the office staff and the engineers who came my house. Price and quality absolutely first class. Would 100% recommend.
