I am nearing completion on a major project with Anders and have found them to be very well organised and a willfull subcontractor partner to have on board, from design to completion I have found having them on this project to be an absolute pleasure, I thoroughly recommend them for their expertise and implementation.

Thank you Anders Heating Team for the prompt attention to my recent call out. From Sally and Sian in the office and to Alex who rang me and put my mind at rest as to the problem with the hot water tank, and also I am very grateful to Mark the engineer who addressed the problem so quickly and efficiently and arrived dead on time when he said he would. I also have my boiler serviced by Anders and I have always found them very competitive with the costs. I would highly recommend Anders as a company, and can't praise them highly enough.

Absolute cowboys, Anders Heating installed new boiler which we paid for in good faith as loyal customers continued to have serviced through them. In 2015 leaking by 2018, leaving brown marks in 2018 not suggested faulty & passed the service. They installed it, why brown marks in short space of time? Why at the time & not rectified and concerns? 2021 boiler condemned! On further investigation found out today, the company have broken the law and didn’t even register this installation with Gas Safe. Therefore not registered with our local building control! This is a government body and it needs to be registered! Absolute cowboys. Since reporting to the managing director Tim he appears to have logged it today 6 years late! I have now taken out policy directly with ideal to fix - do not use this company as boiler was installed and had regular services should not pack up within 5 years. Absolute joke! Had to leave 1 star to leave review - again - a joke! Update: The owner has since replied below, this was not under warranty at all! Ideal confirmed this when telephoning them. Anders Heating did not confirm this either. Anders Heating failed until 2021 (6 years later!) when contacting the owner Tim to notify them that they had broken the law by not registering the new boiler they had installed in 2015 with Gas Safe! Which, please note to cover themselves did promptly after my call. Totally unprofessional. No apology. The engineer who I found odd who serviced my boiler, instinct told me to go somewhere else - thank goodness I did, or I would not have been notified of these findings. Tim the owner of Anders Heating has since told me the engineer is no longer with their company, long before I made this complaint. As the property had been left vacant as living abroad, I did not service for 2 years. The ideal boilers should last a max of 20 years … even 10! … due to poor installation, this only lasted 6! I was not offered a new boiler, nor was I given paperwork of a 7 year warranty! Again absolute propaganda! I have all the names and receipts of every engineer that attended - no other paperwork. Ideal also had no record of my boiler being registered either. Word of warning if your having issues with Anders Heating, go direct to Ideal they had a great package of £290 will fix everything within the boiler that is faulty and give 30 day cover. Being assured of a reputable company - not like Anders who are clearly Cowboys with their ridiculous response below to protect their business - read their reviews proof is in the pudding! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

We commissioned AHC for every aspect of our heating System design and installation on our 'Grand Design' new build property. This included fitting 4 bathrooms, two cloakrooms and underfloor heating for 5500 sqft of living accommodation. We received a professional service from start to finish with excellent attention to detail and high standards. I'd recommended this business without hesitation - we'll certainly use them again. Keep up the brilliant work team AHC!

Poor customer service since Mark left. Moved in to a new build and have had numerous problems with work Anders had done. Dont return calls as promised. Is a battle to get things done.
