I had an issue with my air source heat pump and the engineer who came out was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. Their knowledge of ASHP systems was impressive, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job properly rather than rushing. The repair was carried out efficiently, and the system has been running perfectly since. They also gave helpful advice on keeping the pump running at its best, which I really appreciated. Professional, reliable, friendly, and clearly an expert in their trade – I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing heating or air source heat pump support. A brilliant service all round!

If there was a saviour Denis would be it. We had a heating and hot water fault on our air source heat pump. The manufacturer couldn’t sort it and said get a plumber, the first electrician said get a plumber, the plumber said they could do some work on the immersion but not sure. Then came Denis. Within 5 minutes he had located a melted connection and after some replacement and testing we are back up and running. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Denis.

Denis and Lou installed a new heat pump before last year's winter season.
