I recently had the pleasure of working with Anderson, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. After a disastrous experience with a previous installer, I was left with numerous issues with my ASHP and UFH systems. Fortunately, Steve and Richard came to the rescue and resolved all the problems efficiently and professionally. From the very first interaction, Steve was incredibly responsive and understanding of the situation. He quickly scheduled a visit to assess the installation and provided a thorough review of the issues. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I felt confident in their solutions. Not only did they rectify the mistakes made by the previous installer, but they also provided valuable advice on maintaining the systems to prevent future issues. The quality of their work was great, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was functioning perfectly. It's a huge relief to finally have Richard as our go-to engineer, and a reliable heating company I can trust. If you're looking for top-notch service, professionalism, and peace of mind, look no further than Anderson. They truly are fantastic. Thank you, Steve and Richard, for your exceptional service!

Exceptional service. Friendly and understanding staff from my first contact. Very patient - clear explanations at all times - very tolerant of my lack of knowledge about our underfloor heating system. Our grateful thanks to Pete, engineer who diagnosed and carried out the work and Steve who organised the job.

Only guys to understand and fix my underfloor heating system after I bought a house with a system in place. Other company's wanted to dig up the old system and replace. Wife in tears with that prospect. These guys gave me the facts and solutions. Jamie was particularly knowledgeable with both his plumbing and electrical knowledge. Cannot fault them.

The man I was speaking to kept saying he'd get back with a quote and arrange a visit to scope the work. I kept chasing, after sending detailed floor plans, and kept getting told I would get a call back that week. Heard nothing each week. In the end we missed the deadline for the heating system because the rest of the project had to start. Shame.

Thank you to Anderson's. My underfloor heating problem fully explained and repair carried out by very knowledgeable and polite staff.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
