Exceptional service. Friendly and understanding staff from my first contact. Very patient - clear explanations at all times - very tolerant of my lack of knowledge about our underfloor heating system. Only guys to understand and fix my underfloor heating system after I bought a house with a system in place. Other company's wanted to dig up the old system and replace. Wife in tears with that prospect. These guys gave me the facts and solutions. Jamie was particularly knowledgeable with both his plumbing and electrical knowledge. Cannot fault them.

The man I was speaking to kept saying he'd get back with a quote and arrange a visit to scope the work. I kept chasing, after sending detailed floor plans, and kept getting told I would get a call back that week. Heard nothing each week. In the end we missed the deadline for the heating system because the rest of the project had to start. Shame.
