Abysmal. Left the house dirty, the boiler has low pressure. I have emailed the company regarding the installation but they haven't responded. They called back after putting this review online. They promised to come and fix this in the new year. They haven’t. They have left us with a boiler that keeps breaking down every 10 days. They complained over the phone about the review and the installer claimed no one had told him about there being issues but I don’t trust them at all. The installer arranged to come to the property on Tuesday at 11am - 12pm but he wasn’t on site. We called the back office and asked what was going on. In the end the installer did show up and identified a leak on the radiator that had been modified by the installer. Water has been pouring out of the area since the end of the month potentially causing a lot of water damage in the process. The installer did not review all of the radiators but said they will do so when they return on Monday. It’s now Monday and they haven’t shown up on time. We was originally told they would be here all day but now again they lie to us. They are coming in the afternoon between 2pm and 4pm at the latest. We got a call at 2:43pm notifying us that they are going to be late due to other jobs… so our job wasn’t an all day job was it? I’m literally having to put a plastic tub under a radiator to stop the leaks and it’s been downgraded due to other work… We have just discovered they have left a massive gap in the dry wall and we now know why we can smell damp and have a draft. The water pipe is loose, building materials have been left at the property. Concrete is turning green due to damp. This matter has now been resolved. People came back and put things right and we can no longer smell damp in the kitchen as the hole was boarded up.

RZ Eco Energy team has been very prompt and helpful with the whole process from start to end of installation of boiler and loft insulation under the Eco4 grant. They have been very thorough especially Ahmed, and the work was completed to high standards. Thank you guys.

Best moments of the world L
We had loft insulation installed along with vents etc. We then had a new boiler installed. I cannot recommend all of the professional workmen involved enough. Absolute brilliant job. We were also delighted with the communication from the management. From start to finish everything was explained and everything was done on time and very efficient. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Brilliant

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
