Very unprofessional and rude to avoid at all costs just false promises. Its the company management to blame not the plumbers

Currently in dispute with them. Trying to charge me £357.60 for a quite basic kitchen tap job. Have asked them to provide receipts of materials as I know they are vastly over priced - they have refused so far. Claiming parking costs of £30.10 - I provided them with free parking on my property.

Overall, my experience has been painful and if you require something urgent, this won’t be your best option. Expect to call multiple times to know what’s happening and what’s not happening, slow service and absolutely no empathy or ownership of mistakes. From my experience on the one off job I got : - “We’ll call you back…” or “we’ll be back in an hour…”, but never call me back or came back on the same day (happened 5 times) - No shows (2 times) - Came to the property without bring the parts necessary for the job that has been on their radar for 3 weeks (1 time) I am giving them 2 stars cause the plumber is knowledgeable, but the business processes and quality of the service is a solid 1 star. The no shows are particularly painful because you are expected to be the whole day in the property. (When you book you don’t get a time at all) obviously enough, if you have to reschedule you have to spend another whole day in the property.

Used for the first time to service my boiler. Turned up on time, did the job properly and reasonably priced. I will certainly use again

I've been having a leak in my bathroom and I wanted the source found. The plumber did not find the source of the leak, and suggested to reseal the shower, which seemed like a random course of action to take when the problem was not properly identified. I thought the charge was excessive given the problem was not identified and the measure was only some silicon seal was excessive. There was no follow up on whether my leak had stopped. I won't be using Angel Plumbing Services again.
