Fantastic from beginning to end. No pressure sales, just honest competence at a great price. We bought a large domestic solar and battery installation and they were helpful all the way through. Highly recommended!
Really great company and genuinely impressed with the service from start to finish. Alex was brilliant when it came to designing the system, taking the time to understand what we needed and making sure we had the right setup rather than just trying to sell us more. What’s impressed me just as much is the aftercare. Alex and Daniel has been incredibly helpful, even six months after the installation, answering questions and helping me make sure I’m getting the most out of the system. It’s easy for companies to be helpful when they’re trying to win your business, but the support afterwards says a lot more. Would happily recommend them.
Good communication, on time, seemed a good heat pump service.
Sustain recently installed a 9.5kW solar set-up with 23kW of Fox ESS batteries. I am really happy with the final look of the set-up and initial few weeks of functioning. I have greatly appreciated the quality of service and communication throughout; from my initial 45 minute chat with Geraldine, to the accessible and warm sales style of Alex, to the oversight and personal investment in aesthetics and functionality from Dan and also Scott. Also, hats off to Will the panel installer for getting 20 panels done during a day of extreme heat, and Gerraint for similarly working in tough conditions to replace a faulty inverter. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
