After getting several quotes from other companies we went with Option after seeing their work at a friend's house. Michael was very patient with our protracted building works and communication was great over this time. Option have now completed a fantastic heat pump installation at our home. The install not only looks great but has been very efficient this winter. We are very happy with all aspects of the work and service provided and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The Options Energy Solutions team have recently worked on my heating and hot water system. Director, Michael Paini put his Intelligent, creative and economic ideas to work and worked with his team to bring the system up to date, ensuring that the solar thermal, solar panels, underfloor heating and combi gas boiler are all working again and are easy to keep running smoothly. I started using this company about 2 years ago to service and carry out gas safe on my rental property. I noticed right away they took longer on site than my previous gas safe company. I discovered things about my boiler I did not know before and they were very friendly in helping me understand and I felt they were doing a very good job so I used them on my next rental property as well as the boiler on my first property has never run so trouble free and they were cheaper as well. This visit to Hove I got them to do a complete clean and replacement of any parts boiler is Vaillant eco tec 13 years old still working and now it’s working perfectly after the work which was a fair price . British Gas used to tell me it needed replacing and sometimes I had to call them back to fix jobs again on their service plan ,it’s much better knowing the same person is doing the work all the time that I trust. This job in the pictures was carried out at my home on 28/07/21 I asked them to move a rad. round the corner to another wall , fit a towel rail and fit some timers and thermostats and service the boiler. The reason for fitting the thermostats and timers is the Taylor Wimpey house we live in has the most horrible timers and thermostats impossible to understand so I asked them to fit ones that if I wanted I could use them with a one click switch on off if needed and that’s what they all do now. You can use a programme with them if you want to of course but I prefer the one click operation. By the way the boiler was in a bad condition because the last service was not done properly by the last company that did it this happens a lot if your company does the service very fast they may have short cut the job ask them what work they did. 25/05/2022 I have just had a service carried out on my Kingspan system which is a complex hot water tank system for modern buildings. It has not been done for 7 years since new. Lots of valves and pressure containers. All has gone well and Option energy even put in new insulation around it for free to improve the heat retention.
