My experience with Aspect Plumbing has been nothing short of a nightmare. I booked them to fix THREE plumbing issues, after being explicitly assured over the phone (multiple times) that everything would be handled in one visit by a single professional. This was a complete lie. When they arrived, they only partially addressed ONE issue. The engineer openly admitted he had neither the tools nor the expertise to handle the remaining problems — something they never disclosed beforehand. Yet they still happily took my money. What followed was a disgraceful series of over a dozen calls, with me repeatedly chasing them for updates, explanations, and resolutions. Each time I was promised a call back — none ever came. Even after formally submitting a legal Subject Access Request (SAR) to get call recordings and internal notes to support my complaint, they ignored the legal deadline and left me completely in the dark. Aspect has demonstrated astonishing incompetence and a total lack of integrity. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this company. There are many honest and professional alternatives — Aspect is absolutely not one of them.

Paul and Joe came to install a cold water feed etc for my washing machine. Attended on time, lovely genuine guys. Job completed in good time, including going out to get a waste pipe for me. Unbeleivably bad service. Unable to repair a simple faulty valve in my boiler. Unable to accept responsibility despite 10’s of emails and calls with several departments. Will never use again and advise everyone the same.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!! He comes across professional enough when you meet him but once he's got the job he never responds to text/calls/messages. He walked out half way through a job (having been paid!!!) and never came back. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER, EVER! Absolute cowboy!
