My mum is extremely happy with her new boiler installation. The engineer was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. The new boiler works perfectly and has already made a big difference. Dean is a trustworthy,reliable, professional worker. He is always puctual and justs gets on with the job in hand. He is also very fair and honest he gives you all the options to your problem and advises the best option for your problem.In this instance we could have had a repair at £400 but he pointed out that the same problem could manifest itself after 12 months a no brainer a new powerful boiler fitted with a 10 year guarantee. He has done work for us over 10 years and this is why we use his company, also a good family friend he was my brothers apprentice.
