Excellent experience with Durham's this week. Easy to arrange, quote for work speedy and efficiently done. Everything on the day happening as per plan, times etc. Owen and Sian polite, tidy and busy. They left us clean, tidy and very happy with there work and courtesy towards us. No hesitation in using them again, or recommending them to anyone else
Pleasant heating engineers who visit your home but the hiccups appear in the office. The engineer takes your credit card payment and when you ask for the invoice they say it will be sent with the safety certificate. But it never is.
