Had the guys at Green Home Systems install a 20 solar panel and Tesla battery system for us this summer. From start to finish we’ve been very impressed with the service from the whole team. Great communication throughout, friendly, polite, understanding, efficient, great at problem solving and worked really well as a team. Their workmanship was excellent and they left a really tidy finish to the installation. All in all we were very pleased with the service they provided and at an excellent price. We would have no hesitation recommending Green Home Systems to anyone considering a green energy installation. Now, bring on the sunshine!! ☀️

Green Home Systems installed 12 solar panels and 2 x batteries for me. Very happy with the install quality. The team were great, communication was of a high standard and the installers were great with me and my kids (And dog) who were in the property. Team of 3 electricians arrived and 2 roofers. Work commenced at 8:30am and my system was up and running and producing by 2:30pm. A good handover and shown how to use the app/ system was given. I am very confident in using the system and would not hesitate to recommend GHS. In fact, I already have to a few of my neighbours. Overall, very happy with the service received and the high quality of the install!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I need to make this clear, this is not an issue with the heat pump itself, as most complaints are dismissed due to people lacking an understanding of the limitations of these systems. This is solely a review of Green Home Systems themselves. Not one single part of this job went as it should, from rude surveyors, to the technical team not getting in touch to discuss layouts and plans despite repeated requests, the install being poor and rushed and requiring remediation, pipework run up walls in the middle of rooms defying logic and requiring relocation, repeated broken down vehicles and leaving us without heating or hot water over a weekend in december due to the job completion taking a week and a half instead of 4 days, to name but a few of the issues. Then when remediation work was offered, they made the joiner they sent to us redundant on the first day while he was in my house and he then told me he was being forced to stay to complete the work otherwise they would not pay him the agreed redundancy pay. Even the plasterer they sent as part of the "apology remediation" ruined three lampshades rather than taking them off. Also, when I made a formal complaint one of the directors sent me an email that was so clearly AI generated that was hard not to see it as anything other than a complete lack of regard or respect for their client. Utterly appalling company who have no business taking your money. Do not use under any circumstances.
