We have had a very good experience dealing with Birds Hill Renewables, who installed our Klover120 pellet boiler. Communications were good, everybody was very helpful and the workmanship (as others already stated) really is a work of art! We had a weather related delay (snow made it impossible for anybody to reach us and get the boiler in), but the guys came the following working day and laboured until very late in the evening to get the Klover installed, which is now roaring away in the kitchen as I write this. If there is one thing that could be improved, it is to get more training in how to use the Klover - either in-house at the end of the installation or via videos. It takes a bit of learning and the manual that comes with it isn't particularly helpful. Fortunately, Nick had put us in touch with another Klover user prior to us making our purchase and we have learned a lot from him (Thank you, Jedd!). A big thank you to everybody that we dealt with at Birds Hill!

This company and its staff are 1st class. They worked night and day to get our wood pellet stove in before Christmas, in a drafty old GII listed property. The communication was crystal clear (make sure you have some coffee and tea - the lads work even faster then). The Klover stove is an amazing piece of technology, we couldn't be happier. Birdshill have installed our PV and battery system and also service our Klover 120 wood pellet boiler. At all times I have found them easy to work with and quick to react when anything goes awry. The solar installation was expertly done and the electricians were a delight to work with, always ensuring I knew what was being done and making sure the house was always left in a suitable condition at the end of the working day. I have recommended Birdshill to others looking for renewables options.

We have just had a Klover 120 installation during a complete house renovation. Our Klover sits proudly in our new kitchen and is the talk of all our family, friends and guests to our house. Not only does it provide us with heating and hot water throughout the house but we have already enjoyed the extra benefit of allowing us to cook with it as well. From our first visit to the showroom all the way through to the final stages of installation has been both pleasurable and professional from Nick and his team. A special mention for Joe who has not only impressed us but his attention to detail has been noted and praised by all the other trades involved in the renovation. The boiler looks really amazing, and the new plumbing is a work of art. Very glad to see the back of the old bird's nest of plumbing in the airing cupboard. Would really like to thank Nick for conducting the initial survey and recommendations at the start of the process. And to thank Joe and all the lads who attended to carry out the installation, they were quite exceptional. Professional, polite, clean, knowledgeable, and calmly coping with everything an old property could throw at them. They did a very tidy job.
