Blue Flame could not have been more helpful and efficient. Gary was a hard worker and didn't stop all day installing a new boiler. He made helpful suggestions and recommendations and was very friendly. He even went above and beyond installing new features. He cleaned as he went and made good the installation. Once again we cannot express enough our deepest thanks for the immediate response from Blue Flame after our call for help when our central heating had gone haywire yesterday morning. Gary was with us 10 minutes later. He diagnosed the fault, remedied it and was on his way within 30 minutes. Blue Flame have taken a lot of stress out of our Christmas, for which we are very grateful, especially when we will have a house full. I couldn't be more postive if I tried after being given misinformation by another company. Gary at blue flame came to give us a second opinion and with 30 minutes had our heating system up and running. He was reassuring and gave us some advice on prolong the life of our boiler.
