Had a great service from Infinity Energy Services all went according to plan with solar, battery, inverter and car charger. The scaffolding guys were quick and polite as were the solar panel fitters and Gregg the electrician. Came out to move the CT collar again quickly done all working as it should good price too couldn't be happier. Also having them out for an AC unit as well.
All round great team. Despite getting stuck in traffic on the way and a few technical hold ups at the end of the day they stayed on to get it all done without having to come back.
Fantastic service! There was a glitch during the planning stage of the process, but the way a was overcome was terrific. It is a highly effective company. We chose a 12 panel solar array, Tesla Powerwall 3 and Tesla Gateway, price was good and the whole install is working brilliantly. We would like to thank the following:- Chris the surveyor and our first point of contact Amanda who scheduled everything Ross, Max, Phil & Steve - the roof team Jo, Harry, Greg & Oli who installed and connected everything else. If you get this team you’ll be fine. Ian & Jane
Every aspect form inspection to recommendation to installation and aftercare has been excellent. I will also be looking to install a heat pump at some stage and will be using them again.Very happy with them.
Gregg and Oli were polite, friendly and worked efficiently in replacing my former non-working battery with a new Fox ESS storage battery and inverter. Helped me download FoxCloud app and install settings to make use of my off-peak EV charging rate.
